Websites & Videos
Crash Course has simplified, easy to understand videos that explain the BASICS of the topics. Great to use when you are first trying to understand a topic/concept. They also have an app with flashcards for every video!
Openstax is kind of like "Spark Notes" for A&P. They give summaries about each topic but also have more in-depth material. Great to use if you don't like the way the textbook lays things out.
Remember: This is a HARD course! It is not always going to stick at first. Give yourself grace, take a break, and remember that you've got this!
I believe in you! :)

3. Mind map/blurting
pick a topic and write everything you can remember about the topic. Then, double check over your notes to see what you missed!

Studying for A&P
Anatomy and Physiology is very memorization-heavy! It's important that you find a way to study that works for you so you don't fall behind. A lot of the content builds on top of each other!

Here are some of the ways I like to study:

1. Pomodoro technique:
Study for 25 minutes, take a 5 minute break. I usually like to go outside or grab a snack during my break!

2. Feynman technique:
Learn the topic and pretend to teach it to someone (I teach my dog). Whatever you can't properly teach to someone, review!
